Description:
Adliv Syrup is used for Jaundice, Dyspepsia, Loss of appetite, Irregular stools, Liver diseases, Gastro-duodenal disorders, Appetite stimulant, Stomach gas, Asthma, Cancer and other conditions. Adliv Syrup may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.Adliv Syrup contains Andrographis Paniculata, Eclipta Alba, Phyllanthus Niruri, Picrorrhiza Kurroa, Tephrosia Purpurea and Trikatu as active ingredients.
Adliv Syrup works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzyme activity; lowering the levels of lipid peroxidation and raising the antioxidant enzymes; decreasing blood glucose levels; lowering the serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor; possessing anticonvulsant activity; decreasing the lipid content of the liver; treating balding and graying of hair as well as rejuvenating liver and kidneys; preventing the growth of viruses and treat different diseases; strengthening the gastric and duodenal mucosa; enhancing the absorption by acting on gastrointestinal tract;

Medicine Interaction:

Adliv Syrup may interact with the following drugs and products:

How to store it:
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
Overdose:
Symptoms may include dizziness or light-headedness; fast or difficult breathing; feeling of being unusually cold; general feeling of being unwell; muscle pain or tenderness; slow or irregular heartbeat; unusual drowsiness; unusual stomach discomfort; unusual weakness or tiredness.
Precautions:
Before using Adliv Syrup, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.

Missed Dose:
In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule. Do not use extra dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting an alarm or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your doctor to discuss changes in your dosing schedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
